Every two years Direct Dance put on a show for family, friends and the general public. Held at the Walter Roy Theatre, all students have the opportunity to take part in this fantastic stage show with costumes, lighting and music. This is a great experience for the students and is often a sellout for all our shows.

Putting on the Glitz.

On 21st and 22nd October 2023, Direct Dance took to the stage to perform “Putting on the Glitz” and supported the Big C charity at front of house.

We are thankful for the support given by our dance family. Every single one of our students worked so hard to create such a fabulous show. As dance teachers we are immensely proud of them all. They danced their hearts out & gave so much joy & love to the audiences, What an amazing Show!

Synchronicity

On 23rd and 24th October 2021, Direct Dance took to the stage to perform “Synchronicity” and supported Great Ormond Street Hospital charity in front of house.

This year more than any other year we are thankful for the support given by our dance family. Due to covid and having to minimise class sizes due to social distancing, we had fewer pupils for our Dance Show this time. Every single one of our pupils is important to us & after such a dreadful year we felt it was important to give the children something fun to look forward to. All our students worked so hard in such a short space of time to create such a fabulous show. As dance teachers we are immensely proud of them all. They danced their hearts out & gave so much joy & love to the audiences, What an amazing Show!

Thank you for all our donations towards front of house. This year all proceeds went to GOSH who have been amazing looking after our little Tillie who had open heart surgery April 2019. We raised a grand total of £626.84 over the four shows.

Decadance

In October 2019, we held our 10th anniversary Direct Dance show and raised money for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
